Valentine’s departure.
Today we are sharing one of those unpleasant, but important news.
On 01.08.2022 the Realis team split up. The co-founder of the company, Valentin, decided to create his own project. And part of our team decided to move to a new company with him.
Reasons
Due to the worsening economic situation in the marketplace, sales at the company have dropped. 95% of the company’s costs are employee salaries. Having analyzed these factors and the effectiveness of the team, during the last month the founder Sergey decided to dismiss 4 employees and transfer 2 of the 55 team members to the part-time positions.
Amidst the general unrest, an offer was made to some team members to move to Valentin’s new project, and they agreed.
Realis now
We have to admit that due to the departure of part of the team, development will slow down until we get all the processes in place. This may take 1 or 2 months.
Of course, all of the above is a blow to the company, but we stay strong and continue to work on and develop. At this point in the project, 22 people, and we are already looking for new staff to the team. There are new heights ahead and we are ready to conquer them.
